Vacation - Day 2

I spent the day redoing my cookies. Not having a sweet tooth, I asked my friend to sample my Christmas cookies and give me his opinion. He said they were excellent, but his only criticism was they were a bit too crunchy. At my crestfallen look, he said, "No! They are not 'bad,' if I was rating them, I'd say they were a B+!"

To hell with that! I want "A" cookies!

So, I remade them all, baking each of them about 2 minutes less. Much more chewy. But, I must confess, while it was fun baking with Tracey, this was just a chore...
