We sucked again at Daytona. No Spacely Sprockets car in the top ten finishers. With all the hot shot car guys we got, you'd think SOMEBODY could figure out how to win a restrictor plate race. Oh, well...
Dinner turned out to be oven roasted herbed chicken (bone-in) breasts, with mashed potatoes (skins on) and steamed frozen corn with my butter sauce. Deliberately didn't make gravy, just went with butter, salt and pepper on the potatoes. Hmmm... Tasty, but I over-did the spices on the chicken. Live and learn, I guess.
After kitchen cleanup, some TV, then a snooze. Now awake again, but trying to go back to sleep. Have to wake up in about 2 1/2 hours and go to work...
And, that's me, up to date!
