Jake and Carla stopped by and I warmed up the chicken stew for dinner. After a consensus agreement, we added sliced Portobello mushrooms to the pot. I'd picked up a loaf of sourdough bread from Panera Bread. Carla sliced it, brushed it with garlic-infused olive oil, toasted it and then melted a slice of mozzarella cheese on each piece.
