Did some calculations with rainfall amounts and decided I needed to water last night. Started at 5:20 PM, watering EVERYTHING, and finished at 7:45.
Then started the charcoal in the grill. Grilled 14 chicken drumsticks that had been in a balsamic vinegar marinade (put barbecue sauce on half of them), four boneless pork chops (put a strip of bacon on the outside of each just to add a different flavor), three skewers of large shrimp and five ears of corn. Finished up just at dark. Plenty of leftovers to last all weekend!
