Rainy Thursday

It rained off and on most of Thursday (although it was only supposed to in the morning). Checked last night and had a 1/2 inch of rain in the gauge.

So, while I had planned on going home and doing some outside painting, I couldn't. Instead, I thought I'd get a jump on the weekend chores. So, I swept and mopped the kitchen, bathrooms and downstairs floors while doing two loads of laundry. Supper was fried eggplant after 8:00 PM.
