Okay, its official, my back is killing me! Got steadily worse throughout the day until, at 2:30 PM, I took a pain pill at work. That settled it down so I could walk, but when I got home, I tried that roll-on "Bio-Freeze" stuff my Mom gave me. Not sure if it worked, but I could feel "something."
Needless to say, didn't do too much. Deboned the ham hocks and put the meat back in the split pea soup. Had a bowl of that and two hot dogs for dinner.
My daughter, Melissa called and we talked politics and real estate trends for a while. Then I went and laid down to watch TV and fall asleep.
