Well, I have been asking for a weather change, and I got it! Now, it's cold, dreary and... raining!
Had various telephone calls last night so I didn't get dinner started until after 7:00 PM. Needed to make some corn bread for a pork chop dish this weekend, so, since I had the oven on anyway, made a meatloaf and baked potato for my dinner.
