I posted some Christmas decor pictures. Went on a big grocery shopping trip (I was almost out of everything). Spent the afternoon finishing up the two projects, then started painting them. Got both primed, then one with first coat of paint. Tricky, as I had to spray paint them in the garage, then bring them inside to dry.

Made a meatloaf for dinner, along with mashed root vegetables (Rutabaga, turnips and carrots) Both dishes were just okay, not the WOW I was looking for.

I'm a little disappointed tonight. Not as far along on the projects as I'd planned, plus the house is a wreck. I'm not kidding! There is "stuff" everywhere, drills on the kitchen table, electrical junk on the counters and sawdust tracked on most of the rugs. I've never seen it look so bad, but I need everything out to work on stuff. Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and finish early enough so that I have tomorrow afternoon to clean this house!
