Thursday

I was fully prepared for Thursday night to be boring, but, thank God, Melissa called. We only spoke for a short while, just long enough for her to tell me she tested out of another college course (this time it was Marketing). She's got another test next week in Sociology. I told her that might be more tricky, as she's just not that social!

I thought I'd like something completely different for dinner, so I put pizza sauce and pepperoni on top of an 8 inch flour tortilla, covered that with mozzarella cheese and popped it in the toaster oven until the cheese melted. Tasted great!

Luanne called. They are getting a blast of cold Canadian air as well, and struggling to keep the rabbits and new baby goats warm, as well as themselves (they had some wood stove problems).

Later during the evening, I made another tortilla pizza, but this time got more creative and added mushrooms, sliced black olives and some pepperocini rings I sliced up. Not bad, not bad. I think I'm onto something!
