Well, I have heard from both my sons on this subject:
Jake said he disagreed with Melissa and didn't think my dinner descriptions were boring. However, he did like the cabbage story and thought that maybe thoughts/memories might be an asset to my website.
Jeremy called on his way home and his emphatic decision was that he didn't want any touchy-feely sh*t, stick with the proven program.
So, I think we'll go with the occasional memory...
Your thoughts? Please comment!
Jeremy ... didn't want any touchy-feely sh*t, stick with the proven program.
ReplyDeleteAs I said on the telephone, when you read a man's blog, you expect a discussion of things and activities, NOT emotions and sensations. When you read a man's blog, you expect to read about manly things. You know, things like cooking, and painting bird houses, and gardening. I mean, come on, people!
... maybe thoughts/memories might be an asset to my website.
Your memoirs will be enjoyable, to be sure. I just do not like to read about the younger Jeremy. I prefer to think of myself as being born a towering six foot something, with bearded chin and furrowed brow.
Dad,
ReplyDeleteI like hearing your memories. As I have only been around for 5 years, I like hearing these great stories.
Love ya,
Me
