...in the microwave does NOT work. Not sure why (maybe the steam in the hot dog loosens the cornbread coating) but, lesson learned: Eat all the corn dogs when you first make 'em (or forget 'em)!

Ah ha. Alton did one (http://tinyurl.com/2lj3v8) on his Man Food episode that I've been meaning to try. How did they differ?
I think you should be able to re-heat them in the oven. They sell pre-made dogs that are re-heated that way.
