Weather-wise, Monday was just a repeat of the weekend. I went outside just to enjoy it and to check on the back gardens. Took some photos and posted them.
Got out the weedwacker and cleaned up around the patio area. I am not sure when the guy is gonna start cutting my grass, but I hope it's soon!
Dinner was catfish filets dipped in egg then cornmeal and then pan-fried. Catfish cooked that way I always top with some red hot sauce (it's a Southern thing). I made wild rice for the side dish.
Watched a little TV, but gave up and went back to reading. Eventually fell asleep.
