Anyway, my Mother called Friday night. She just got her new hearing aids, so she can actually hear people on the phone now.
She said she just got the photo album my daughter Melissa had sent, of photos from her *first* 100 year birthday party (the one Melissa and Amy had for her out at the cottage this summer).
She loved the pictures and can't wait to show it to me. Don't worry, Mom, I'll be up there shortly, just as soon as I get my outside Fall chores done. I have a fantastic shrimp bisque I want to make for you and Carl.
