Tired Tuesday

I'm not sure why but I was tired and achy all day. Maybe it was the rain and gloomy skies...

Got home and picked up fallen walnuts in the drizzle. Changed clothes and thought about starting a job or two, but changed my mind and read in the living room in my recliner for an hour or so. Then got up and made dinner.

Going for simple tonight, so dipped catfish filets in an egg and buttermilk mixture, then some seasoned yellow corn meal and fried them golden. Meanwhile, I made some Uncle Ben's Wild Rice. Ate the catfish with hot sauce.

Decided I was being lazy and took one package of celery and cut it up to practice my knife skills. I'm starting to get the hang of it! I labeled the baggie and stuck it in the freezer for winter soups.

Watched taped TV and went to bed around 9:30 PM.
