As you can imagine, pick up lines change when you are older. A very popular one at my age is "Well, you certainly can't be my first, but you can be my last!"
However, for the commitment-phobic (like myself) we change it to the more appropriate, but less effective, "Well, you certainly can't be my first, but you can be my next!"
You could always try:
