It was rainy Friday morning and stayed cloudy, damp and chilly all day. It is supposed to be nice all weekend, though. So, I did indoor weekend chores (all the laundry, etc.) after work to free up outdoor time on Saturday and Sunday.
I took out some baby back ribs and pork tenderloins to smoke on Sunday. For dinner tonight, I just finished up the tuna salad. I am still amazed at how moist and fresh it stays when you push the plastic wrap right down on top of it (wish I'd known that trick years ago!) instead of just on top the bowl.
I got everything folded or hung up and the bed remade in time for the Friday Night Fights. When they were finished, so was I.
