Friday

I drove home to "Bang the Drum" Friday night. Made me smile! I was gonna brave the crowds to buy some shirts, but I found out the sale is on all weekend, so I put it off. Once home and changed, I stripped the bedding and put it in the wash machine.

I was just starting to resume cleaning the tiles when my daughter, M_______ called. Since they moved to North Carolina recently, they are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their first hurricane.

After hanging up the phone, I went outside and set up the square sprinkler in the raised bed. I went back inside and got back to work for 30 minutes. Then, I turned it off.

I noticed it was almost 8:00 PM, so I stopped, made up my bed and warmed up a hamburger for dinner. I watched "Stand up to Cancer" until 9:00 PM. There was no boxing on tonight, so I watched taped shows until bedtime.
