In case anyone misunderstood me saying my family was represented by the appearance of my two sons and their family at my Mom's birthday party when I also have two daughters, let me explain.
Both my daughters live out of state (Amy in Minnesota and Melissa in North Carolina) and, while Amy was able to come and visit Mom out at Lake Orion this summer, neither of them was able to come for her party. My Mother understands this and my family knows this, so this is for anyone else who might be curious or confused about my statement.
