Such a simple solution!

Jake told me he made a big batch of turkey noodle soup out of his homemade stock and leftover turkey meat. Since you are all familiar with my ongoing battle to find a noodle that stands up to freezing, you can understand my curiosity at how he planned on tackling the issue.

"Simple," he said. He made the soup right up to the point where you add the noodles, stopped and froze that. Whenever he warms up a container of the frozen soup, he'll just make the noodles at that point, so they don't fall apart.

Why didn't I think of that?

  3. Only sometimes?

(I spent a good ten minutes working on a non-sarcastic response. Honestly. But, finally, I found I could not resist.)
