TGIF!

You are probably as sick of me saying how cold it was here as I am having to go out in it! But, just to give you a comparison, both the highs and lows in Calgary, Alberta are warmer than here!

I stopped on the way home to get the last few Chrirstmas cards I need for tonight's project. Yep, you guessed it, filling out the Christmas cards! I usually do that sometime in the long Thanksgiving weekend, but this tile project has been occupying all my thoughts!

So, since my back is still "iffy," I thought I'd take yet another break and get the cards done. Before printing off the labels, I double checked the entries with my address book (a lot of people have moved this year).

Then I set up my assembly line on the kitchen table and got to it. In spite of Caley (who is somehow sure I need her help), I manage to get through it with only messing up two cards. When I was done, it was 7:30 PM and I had two rubber-banded bundles (one for Michigan people and on for those out of state). Now all I need to do is buy some Christmas stamps Saturday morning, slap them on and off they go!

I made more egg noodles and heated up the rest of the roast beef and gravy for dinner. I started watching TV, but quickly got bored. So, I took the fourth library book and started reading. I turned off the light and went to sleep when I started to doze, just before 10:00 PM.
