Friday morning it was sunny, for a change. Today was another partial move of personnel to the new building, so I spent most of the afternoon up there.
I got home and, before I changed clothes, went out to refill the bird feeder and suet cage. I checked and dumped the rain gauge: We got almost another inch of rain on Wednesday! No wonder the back yard is still too wet to mow!
Back inside, I was just about to change clothes when my daughter Melissa called. We talked for a very long time and when we hung up, it was too late to do all the "before dinner" things I'd planned.
So, I went right to dinner. I just had leftover pasta salad. I cleaned up my plate and water glass and went in to watch TV until bedtime.
What was the result of the cayenne pepper pole solution?
ReplyDeleteFunny you should ask that. I just bought a (gasp) plastic bird feeder this morning to replace my beloved terra cotta one as I am tired of the seed lasting just long enough for the squirrels to dump it all out.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, the cayenne pepper solution lasted about two days. I think the squirrels must have went over to Murray's Auto and bought some degreaser!
