Thursday

I woke up at 6:30 on Thursday. I put on my robe and started watering the new grass seed (it was another chilly morning).

I drank the last cup of old coffee while working on the Blog entry. When I was done watering, I put the last few items into the dishwasher and fired that up. I watched the Today show waiting for the dishwasher to finish.

Finally it was done and on "Dry" so I could shave and shower. I warmed up another chicken pot pie for my lunch and had a Granny Smith apple for dessert.

At 4:00 PM, I got dressed and headed over to Jake and Carla's house. I've been invited to a pizza party and it will be nice to eat some food I didn't make myself!

So, we visited for a while, I petted the dog and admired their new couch, coffee table and wall hanging. That couch is nicer than my bed at home!!! Then the pizza came and we ate dinner (it was mighty tasty, too!)

I left for home a little after 7:00 PM. They (unlike me) have to go to work tomorrow, so I thought I'd give them a little down-time.

Back home, I started a load of laundry. It was just towels, etc., so nothing I will need to fold tonight. I went to sleep at 11:00 PM.
