Dad-Sorry I am not a foodie but I just dont get it I assume Bouche is some sort of greek god. But just a guess.
Ok so now I have egg on my face (My attempt at food pun) it's an h'ore devour it is funny, but if I have to google to explain it loses something.
Oh I get it, it's very clever.
@ Amy: Sorry! I guess I thought everyone knew what an amuse bouche was... what I like as a chef-wannabe is that the task is to make something fantastic that can be consumed in just one bite.
