The weekend

I woke up on Saturday at 6:30 AM, without the alarm clock. I made a cup of Rick's coffee and then shaved and showered.

I had a 9:00 AM haircut appointment and had planned on driving to the Volvo dealership in Troy to learn my secret code to get my radio working, but it was drizzling outside and crappy. So, I got the haircut (I gotta look good for Joe's graduation) and then just drove home. The whole next week is supposed to be sunny and in the mid 80's, so I'll go there sometime at lunch.

Back home, I treated the cats and then changed clothes. With the rain, there's not much I can do outside and the house is pretty clean inside, so I settled on watching cooking shows.

My friend B___ called around noon and we chatted for a bit. Then I took a nap on the couch. I made tuna salad for supper. My daughter Melissa called around 8:00 PM and we talked for a long while.

When I woke up Sunday morning, it was really foggy (I know I mentioned this before, but it's rarely foggy here). I'm not sure why, but I was craving a waffle. Since I don't have a waffle iron, that's not gonna happen. I found a dime in my pants pocket and it freaked me out (I think that means you're gonna die or something).

When the temperature warmed up, I opened all the windows and shut off the furnace. I took another nice nap and took it easy all day (my right shoulder keeps popping in and out - I dunno...) I posted some pictures, but didn't fill in the Blog (there was nothing that exciting). I watched my Sunday night shows and went to bed at 11:00 PM.
