Slow Sunday

I had planned on getting some more outdoor work done on Sunday. But, when I sat on the couch, having a cup of coffee, it looked miserable out there! It was cold, gloomy and windy. So, I changed my mind and stayed in.

I had bought some frozen blueberries, but I couldn’t make up my mind on what to make with them: muffins or pancakes? That debate went on so long that it was supper time!

I made a big pot of spaghetti for supper. I needed to use up the rest of the hamburger mixture that didn’t fit in the cabbage leaves and it sounded good on a cold day. The sauce I made was excellent, but I overcooked the pasta.

I watched my usual Sunday night shows and then went to bed at 11:00 PM.
