Birthday Eve

Well, we didn’t get any snow here on Thursday and it finally got just above freezing. Of course, that meant the icicles on the back roof started to grow.

I did a lot of walking at work (had to take two separate vendors through a build site so they can quote the wiring) so my legs were pretty tired.

I watched the evening news while eating leftover tortellini. Then I went out in the garage and started to rearrange it. I left it in grass cutting mode, so its difficult to get to the workbench.

I quit about 8:30 PM, came in and watched TV until I fell asleep.

  4. Happy birthday and congratulations on hitting five years of blogging! I'm working on a banner for your logo: "Piece Offerings - Celebrating five years of tedium." What do you think? Alternatively, "Piece Offerings - Putting 'i' in 'pedestrian' for over five years." I kid, I kid.

  5. @ Melissa: Thanks, and thanks for the birthday card and present!

@ Jake: I was looking at old posts trying to find something and I must admit, I think they were more interesting back in the day. These days seem to be just a string of "It was cold. I came home. I watched the news until 7:00. I made a can of something for dinner. I watched TV. I went to bed." B-o-r-i-n-g

Maybe it will improve when its Spring and motorcycle dropping season again...
