Note from the Captain: Nothing I would do, LOL! To me, yogurt is NOT a substitute for mayo or sour cream. But, I'm old and could die any day. You younger, health conscious readers do what you want...

  1. You should try it with good yogurt. Makes a difference. Used it on tacos for a long time. Stonyfield Farms, I think. Organic.
