I went to work in the cold, rain and a stiff wind (20 mph, gusting to 30). I am so sick of this!
Back home after along day, I looked at my ToDo list, fixed a drink and went in to watch the evening news.
When it was finished, I was hungry. So, I made pasta al a Carbonara. I had to use whole milk as I didn’t have any heavy cream. So, the sauce was a bit thin. But, it tasted good and I ate too much.
Instead of doing the ToDo list, I went back to the TV, turning it off at 10:00 PM and going to bed.
