It was raining again here when I went to work, when I went to lunch and on the way home, too. I’m thinking of making an ark!

I got out the lamb chops to let them come to room temperature. Around 6:30 PM, I started making dinner. I added a tablespoon of canola oil to a non-stick skillet and started sautéing the one pound of green beans Carla had cut up for me on Saturday. When they were soft (about 20 minutes) I added the zest of one lime and the juice of the lime.
I got out my griddle pan and put it on medium high. When it was ready, I put the chops on. I grilled them three minutes per side (for a perfect medium-rare). I plated two chops, some of the tzatziki I made on Saturday and a spoonful of beans. Everything were freakin’ excellent! I was very happy!!
I read my book until the food had cooled and then put everything away. Then I watched TV until 10:00 PM and went to bed.
