Food Dream

I woke up Wednesday morning at 3:30 AM after having a very vivid dream about being back on the farm and eating my Mother's stuffed green peppers.

The funny thing about that is I really don't know how she made them. I know there was hamburger, rice and onions in the stuffing, but maybe more stuff. (Tomatoes? Cheese?) I think she cooked them in either tomato soup or tomato juice. I just don't know...

But, they were apparently good enough to dream about 50 years later!

    It seemed like there was diced tomatoes in there, too... I dunno...

    Anybody got a good recipe for stuffed green peppers?
