Water Boy

I got more of the landscape fabric and mulch put down on the front garden Friday night. I also cut the side lawn (where it’s in the shade) again. I’m still worried about cutting the front lawn.

I ate more of the spare ribs for dinner with wild rice as my side dish.

Once the sun had set, I watered the side lawn between the maple and the road (where its not shaded and is burning up) with the square head sprinkler and then the front lawn with the oscillating sprinkler. I soaked both of them.

It was cool again by the time I went to bed, so I opened a few windows. We’re supposed to get another week-long heat wave starting on Sunday, so I thought I’d enjoy the cool weather while I could.
