I almost forgot...

I asked James at work what was the name of that restaurant in Auburn Hills that had those huge baked potatoes.

He said it was in a strip mall on the outskirts of downtown Clarkston (not Auburn Hills) and is called the Mesquite Creek.

I don't know if that is a chain, but if you're ever near Clarkston, check them out!
