Or, “What goes around, comes around”
In cleaning out the closet, I found a pretty funny card from Jake and Jeremy. I’m not sure of the date or the occasion, but the back of it says it was “designed especially for you by Jake and Jeremy” and that it was “Created at Meijer Chesterfield MI.” so it was obviously before they had eCards on computers. I thought I’d post it to give them both some fond memories… in so many different ways…
P.S. You'll need to click on it to really appreciate the humour
If only this had worked.
ReplyDeleteMust have been at one of those ATM looking contraptions stores used to have that allowed you to enter some custom text on preformatted cards. Those really didn't last that long. Maybe three or four years, if that?
Speaking of that, how about Print Shop? Remember (or maybe not) how everyone who owned a computer had to have a copy to make those dot matrix banners, cards and whatnot? Surprised to see that the software is still published.
ReplyDelete@ Jake: Yes, I remember your Mother HAD to get Print Shop. They might still make it, but where would you find a dot matrix printer?
ReplyDeleteYou can still buy them but they are really expensive compared to laser or ink.
