Thursday actually felt like early Spring around here!
Nice!!
I had to go to the Credit Union at lunch. The bills
for my recent doctor visits and the MIR are coming and I now have that lovely “deductible”
to meet [insert cursing under my breath, here]. So, on the way back, I stopped
at Ten Yen and had chicken subgum for lunch.
The last hour at work, it was just Vicky and I holding
down the fort, which was fun. Except we both wished we had a deck of cards!
Back home after work, I worked on the computer for a
while (budget planning, bill paying, the ToDo list, etc.) with Scruffy on my
lap. He’s decided that’s his spot whenever I am working in the office. I don’t
really mind, other than it makes it a bit difficult to type.
I warmed up some of my resurrected [good choice of
words, given the time of the year] spaghetti. It was excellent, BTW.
I was going to watch the movie “The 13th Warrior”
but its not on Netflix and my DVD player isn’t working (I do own the DVD). So,
I tried to clean up some of my taped shows. I went to bed at 11:00 PM.
