I forgot to mention that the original slab slopes down severely at the West end. Neither Rick nor I can understand why, though. Either the guy ran short of concrete or he was originally planning on putting the ramp at that end. The result was that, to keep the whole thing level, the west wall is taller than the rest of the walls and the adjoining walls needed to be shimmed on the bottom. See photo.
The other thing is that according to code, the outer walls must sit on the rat wall (the concrete footing). So, the true overall dimensions of the shed are 10 Foot by 12 Foot 7 inches.
