I wore a jacket into work on Friday and I was glad I did!

I had to return that white shower curtain and rings at Lowe’s, so I stopped at the Newburgh Grill and had a patty melt with fries first. Then I went and got my money back!

After work, I changed clothes (after treating the cats, of course) and got out my work jacket. I went out back and put straw on all the seed that I had spread. That took a while and was difficult with the wind that had picked up. I finished after sunset, but I got ‘er done!

On the plus side, I still have about half a bale of straw left if I need it for any springtime grass seed rework.

Back inside, I started making my ToDo List and grocery list. I was tempted to have a cup of coffee, but I resisted the urge. I wanted to get some sleep!

For dinner, I just warmed up the rest of the chicken fried rice.

I watched an old John Wayne movie I had taped and then went to bed.
