Snow knocked out my Internet and Phone!

Sorry. Will post soon. Lost everything except TV (Thank God!) last night, during the storm. Called Brighthouse from 5:30 a.m. until now and only got a busy signal. Gave in, diconneced the router and pulled the battery and let it sit for 30 minues. It finally came back up.
