(plus a full moon and solar flares!)
Friday morning it was deliciously cool with sunny skies,
puffy clouds and a light breeze. It felt like a fall day. When I walked outside
at 10:00 a.m., I was totally invigorated.
I ate a bowl of mediocre clam chowder for lunch at the
Newburgh Grille. They really need some help with their soup recipes!
The afternoon walk wasn’t as nice. The clouds had thickened
and the wind picked up. It felt chilly, not invigorating.
When I got home, I decided it was the weekend and I would
take the night off from projects. So, I watched the news until 7:00 p.m. and then
I putzed. I ran the dishwasher, got cat hair off the couch, etc. I watched taped
TV shows until 10:00 and then went to bed.
Sidebar: I just read that the next time there will be a full moon on Friday the 13th will be in 2049. Don't know if that's true, but I wish it hadn't been so cloudy!
