Monday

Monday was uncomfortably hot and muggy, with a chance of thunderstorms.

I made myself walk outside both times, but I didn’t like it.

I had a cup of beef vegetable soup and a patty melt for lunch.

It did sprinkle on the way home, but then it got sunny again. So, I gave up on Mother Nature and watered the container gardens. Then I watered the raided bed herb garden. Finally, I hooked up the soaker hose and turned in on for the veggies.

I had thawed out some leftover Swedish meatballs I froze last winter and ate them for dinner. I watched the end of the news and then a couple of taped shows.

About 9:00 p.m. I went out to shut off the soaker hose. Naturally, it was pouring, LOL!

Finally, it was 10:00 and Longmire was back on (finally). I watched that for an hour and then went to bed, happy.
