It was another dreary day on Thursday, with a little bit of
rain and cold.
I went to Ten Yen for lunch and then went back to work and
read my book.
When I got home, I washed out the slow cooker insert (I left
it soaking, remember?) and let it air dry. I did a load of laundry.
I finally called my daughter Melissa back.
I warmed up some of the pot roast and “baked” a potato in
the microwave for my dinner.
I watched the Red Wings game, but wish I hadn’t. Then I went
to bed.
What is the difference between the microwave and oven potato?
ReplyDeleteThe skin. It doesn't taste "baked," it tastes like a boiled potato you dried with a towel. Easy, nothing to clean up, but not nearly as satisfying.
