Monday, Monday…

I got up to the alarm on Monday. It was still unusually warm (73 degrees), but a cold front was supposed to come through and end that around noon.

And, it did! It was lightly raining when I headed out to Jos. A Banks. I picked up six new shirts for work this summer. I got them a little more colorful than I usually wear, just to be different.

I stopped at the Jimmy Johns on 6-Mile and got a turkey sandwich for lunch. I ate that back at work, reading my book.

The morning had been slow, but the afternoon was busy!

I was able to walk outside in the morning, but by afternoon the rain and wind (especially the wind) had really picked up.

When I got home after work, it was still windy. I made myself go out and take the covers off the roses, just so I could do something in the yard!

I had more of the spaghetti for dinner. The rest went into the trash when I got ready for Tuesday’s garbage pickup.

I watched the end of the news and then switched to taped shows. I went to be a little after 10:00 p.m.
