It was a little warmer on Wednesday, with some sun. I washed
the bedroom and office floors before I left for work.
I went to Time Out for lunch and got a chicken salad wrap
and some creamed spinach soup.
I walked outside again in the afternoon. It was refreshing,
but still had me thinking of cider mills and donuts in August (weird).
I changed clothes after work (long pants again – sigh) and
went out back. I can’t figure out how to get the cover off the contraption my
neighbor put on the new siding, so I couldn’t install the light. He wasn’t
home, so I couldn’t ask. It was frustrating!
Back inside, I watched the news until 7:00 p.m., then I ate
the Tuscan bean soup. It was pureed and a little spicy, but very good! First time
I ever ate chilled bean soup.
I watched a couple of taped shows and then went to bed. I’ve
been sleeping with the bedroom window cracked open. It makes the house chilly
in the morning and my nose run, but I seem to sleep a lot better.
There's a ride for ya. Take the Big Thumper one morning down to http://www.plymouthorchards.com.

Sounds good! Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteToo easy. There's a fellow by the first name of Dennis (last name rhymes with corn) that recommended it as a trip I take the misses on ("on" is a preposition but "preposition" is a noun so it's safe to end this sentence with "preposition"). I never made it there but you can!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of which, when are you loading up Thumps and bringing it to SC for a family run?
Apparently next summer, according to "She Who Must Be Obeyed!"
