I felt a little better on Monday. My right arm is now at
least useable, if not 100%. I did make an appointment with my doctor for
Saturday morning, just as a precaution, though.
It was a cool, breezy day. It felt more like fall than late
August. So, I went to the Newburgh Grill and just got a bowl of beef vegetable
soup.
After work, I treated the cat. I watered the hanging plants
on the front porch (they dry out about every two days!) Then I washed the
downstairs bath and the kitchen floor with Pine Sol.
I was effectively locked in the bedroom/office area. So, I
watched the news until 7:00 p.m. By then the floors were dry, so I made dinner.
I had thawed a pound of ground chuck over the weekend that I
never used. So, I sautéed a sliced yellow onion. I formed the meat into two
hamburger steaks and then fried them. I topped one of the “steaks” with the
onions and added some A1 sauce on the side. I ate most of it, and the other one
went into the fridge.
I watched a little TV, but went to bed before 10:00 p.m.
