It was raining, but almost 50 degrees on Monday morning!!! Of course, a cold front is supposed to come through in the afternoon.
My friend Michelle from Facilities dropped by and dropped off some eggplant Parmesan! No leftovers for dinner tonight.
I went to Ten Ye and got the chicken sub gum for lunch. Then I went to Lowe's and got some dirt for the planters.
The cold front came through and the temperature dropped accordingly. The good news was the drizzle had stopped.
When I got home after work, I dressed for working outside. I got out the wheel barrow and put some sand in it. But, it was really too cold to work out there, so I just wheeled it around front and into the garage.
Sidebar: I need to recreate the retaining wall for the mailbox garden.
I heated up the eggplant Parmesan in the over (per instructions) until the cheese was gooey. She gave me a lot of food, so I could only eat about half of it.
It was nothing like the eggplant Parmesan I make (this was more like a casserole) but it was delicious!!!
I watched a taped TV show and then went to bed by 9:00 p.m.
I don't think I've ever had sub gum. That's like protein, veg, noodles and sauce?
