Hump Day

I finally got off my ass and went into work.

I went to the Newburgh Grill for lunch. I had the tomato orzo soup and a mini Greek salad.

It was getting warm in the afternoon. I have been hoping for days that the predicted rain would show up. But, nothing...

So, when I got home, I started watering. I used the rain wand on the herbs. Then I attached the hose to the drip system in the vegetable garden. I carried a watering jug to all the flowers out fron and in back that looked like they needed it.

I can't do much about my poor burned-up lawn.

I finished up about 7:30 p.m.

I warmed up a brat and make a blue box of mac and cheese for my dinner.

I went to bed around 9:30 p.m.
