I was watching the morning news and the east side of Detroit got hit with 3+ inches of rain last night. Freeways were flooded and shut down (I-94 sucks like that).
Intrigued, I put on my Crocs and checked the rain gauge. We only got just over 1/2 inch of rain here in Redford.
Now, I didn't want flooding, but was really hoping to catch up a little on this 3+ inch drought deficit.
Is there something special about your location where you're always right below or above weather?
