It was overcast on Thursday, but still a very nice day.
I went to Lowe's at lunch. Instead of trying to find an open restaurant, I just bought two hot dogs on my way out and ate them in the truck.
Sidebar: Home Depot hot dogs are much better.
When I got home after work, I changed clothes and went outside to weed. This time I got two wheelbarrows full before I had to quit.
I went inside and laid down for a while until my back stopped hurting.
Then I made a fried egg sandwich for dinner.
I watched a little TV but went to bed early.
Do you compost or to the curb???

I have a sorta compost place out back, I made a compost shaker about 2' x 2' wood frame and nailed hardware cloth to it. But I haven't used it since my spinal fusion.
ReplyDeleteAccording to my physical therapists, my back hurts because I slouch. I do it unconsciously. When Vicky used to work with me, she used to yell at me to stand up straight. But she's working downtown now and I forget. I have exercises to do, but I don't. I suck.
