So, I decided to grille! Bought a whole chicken and used the beer can recipe. Served mashed sweet potatoes as the side dish. Note: recipe for that called for baking them for over an hour, then scooping out the skins and mashing with butter, cream, brown sugar and maple syrup. I put them in the microwave and had them ready to mash in under 10 minutes!
