A rain shower shortened the chores I had planned. All I got done was to spread some top soil where the old pine tree was cut down. The grass seed I planted there grew, but isn't doing so well. I think its because of all the wood chips left from grinding the stump. So, I thought a little dirt might help.
Jake and Carla are off on a weekend vacation to Bay City, so we switched vehicles last night. Which means (since I don't trust that car) other than a short trip to get my hair cut, I'm grounded. That's okay, since I have a LOT of little chores to accomplish.
