Rained today... a LOT of rain in the afternoon... crippled me up pretty good.

When I got home I was in a quandary about what to make for dinner (I didn't take anything out). Finally decided to take the rest of the roast beef and the potatoes and some of the carrots (I'm not a big carrot fan), sliced them all up and add them to a sauteed onion and make roast beef hash. When I taste-tested it, it seemed a bit dry, so I added some of the au jus and let that steam a bit. Delicious!

Putzed around on my projects. Had to go up in the attic and retrieve something for another project. Braced myself for the cold, but with the temps in the 40's (F.) it wasn't bad up there. Speaking of the temperature, one of the weathermen said we are supposed to have above average temperatures until January, so I guess White Christmas is out this year. Not crying in my beer, though. This is great on my natural gas bill!

Watched some TV and turned in early (again).
